About the role

You’ll be the face of the operation and the first person guests see when they come through the doors. You’ll be responsible for supervising staff, interacting with guests, and ensuring our high standards for customer satisfaction are met.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and train front desk staff
  • Handle guest check-in and check-out procedures
  • Resolve guest complaints and inquiries
  • Ensure accurate billing and financial transactions
  • Manage inventory and supplies
  • Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth running of the front desk

Requirements

  • 1 year of previous hospitality experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of hotel operations and procedures
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Hotel management certification preferred
