Job Overview
The Operation’s Manager assists the Property Manager in the day-to-day operations of the Association. During the day shift, they oversee deliveries, construction, and moves. During the evening shift, they ensure contractors are offsite by 5 PM.
Responsibilities
- Check in with the Property Manager during tropical storm or hurricane watches/warnings.
- Maintain full uniform and neat appearance.
- Be courteous and respectful to colleagues, residents, and guests.
- Contact the Management Office if late or absent.
- Maintain assigned areas in a neat and safe manner.
- Maintain safety procedures and report any issues immediately.
- Absenteeism and tardiness consequences.
- Supervise moves, deliveries, and construction status.
- Assist the Receiving Department.
- Respond to emergencies and report issues.
- Relieve Front Desk Manager and Valet Personnel.
- Monitor Fire Alarm Panel.
- Assist Property Manager and Administrative Assistant.
Qualifications
- High School diploma.
- CPR Certification (desirable).
- Managerial experience in property or building operations.
- Customer service skills.
- Microsoft Office proficiency.
- Multiple language fluency (preferred).
Physical Requirements
- Lift up to 50 lbs.
- Standing, sitting, walking.
- Use of a personal computer and phone.
- Auditory and visual alarm detection.
- Extended/flexible hours and weekends.
- Driving when necessary.
- Emergency response.
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong managerial background.
- Experience managing property or building operations.
- Customer service principles and practices.
- Interpersonal skills.
- Microsoft Office proficiency.
- Multiple language fluency (preferred).

$52,000 Annually
Schedule
Thursday-Monday 2:00pm - 11:00pm
