About the role
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills, a strong attention to detail, and a passion for providing an outstanding customer experience. As the Front Desk Manager, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming and efficient environment for our residents and associates.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a professional and friendly atmosphere at the front desk, greeting and assisting residents with a warm and welcoming demeanor
- Handle resident inquiries, complaints, and special requests in a courteous and timely manner
- Maintain and update front desk procedures and policies
- Oversee a team of concierge in a scheduling and problem solving capacity
- Cookordination with vendors and contractors on community access and special projects
- Organize resident events and community outreach
Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalency (GED), bachelor's degree preferred
- 1-3 years of multi-family leasing experience or related experience in a hotel, retail or restaurant environment
- 2 or more years of supervisory or training experience required
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to handle difficult situations with composure and professionalism
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in using administrative software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Mobility to walk the property and maneuver packages/deliveries
Qualifications

Pay
Total Base Pay Range: $62,500.00 - $89,500.00
Schedule
Weekly Scheduled Hours: 40
