About the Role

Precision Imaging Centers is looking for compassionate, detail-oriented individuals to join our Fleming Island team. This hybrid part-time role combines front desk guest ambassador responsibilities with hands-on support for technologists, offering a unique opportunity to grow your healthcare career while making a meaningful impact on every patient experience.

You’ll be the first point of contact for patients and a vital support member for our imaging team, helping ensure smooth administrative and clinical operations, promoting available services, and assisting technologists with imaging procedures while maintaining a welcoming, patient-focused environment.

Schedule

Part-time, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM, 1–2 days per week (days to be determined based on business needs).

Responsibilities

• Front Desk / Guest Ambassador Duties
  • Greet patients warmly and provide a positive first impression
  • Manage patient registration, update insurance and personal information
  • Schedule appointments and handle phone inquiries efficiently
  • Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
  • Educate patients on available services and encourage feedback and reviews
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception area
• Tech Assistant Duties
  • Assist technologists in preparing patients for imaging procedures
  • Ensure patient safety, comfort, and proper positioning during exams
  • Perform IV starts as needed (training provided for qualified candidates)
  • Maintain and restock equipment and clinical areas
  • Support documentation and workflow to optimize center efficiency

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Experience in customer service, hospitality, or patient care is a plus; clinical training provided
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced healthcare setting
• Physical ability to stand/sit for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 25 lbs
