Essential Duties And Responsibilities

  • To perform high touch resident support, including exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
  • To provide personalized assistance with reservations, transportation, and entertainment.
  • To manage internal communications and update residents.
  • To coordinate access for service providers and liaise with valet, porters, engineering, and management teams.
  • To monitor visitor access and ensure secure entry protocols.
  • To handle sensitive information with discretion and support emergency response procedures and resident safety.
  • To proficiently use management systems such as Building Link.

Requirements

  • A minimum of one (1) year of customer service experience.
  • The ability to safely and efficiently move equipment.
  • A strong attention to cleanliness, with the ability to identify and address areas requiring improvement.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Outlook.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines, and complete a high volume of tasks within specified time frames.
  • A self-motivated individual with the ability to work independently and seek additional responsibilities as needed.
  • The ability to read, understand, and apply the Association’s rules and regulations.
  • The ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Skilled in managing difficult or aggravated clients with patience, professionalism, and composure.
  • A commitment to maintaining a clean work environment and presenting a professional appearance in both dress and demeanor.

Minimum Education

A high school diploma or equivalent.

Language Skills

The individual must have strong written communication skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with employees and clients at all levels of the organization, both verbally and in writing.

Availability

Shifts available: Day (7 am to 3:30 pm), Swing (3 pm to 11:30 pm), Grave (11:00 pm to 7:30 am).
