Job Summary

Hotel Equities is seeking a Guest Services Representative for the Delta Hotels by Marriott in Fargo, ND. Part-time position available, 16-24 hours per week, pay range $16-$18/hr.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival
• Assist with check-in and check-out processes
• Promote Marriott Bonvoy guest program and provide member benefits
• Address and resolve guest complaints in a timely manner
• Manage room reservations, Front Office systems, and inventory
• Upsell rooms to maximize hotel revenue
• Answer telephones promptly and professionally
• Perform room inspections and assist with transportation services
• Operate with a positive attitude focused on hospitality
• Perform other duties as requested

Requirements

• Minimum of two years of experience in guest services, front desk, or related professional area
• Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including advanced Excel skills
• Prior exposure to hospitality software, especially Opera
• A genuine interest in hospitality and a desire to make guests feel welcome, comfortable, and cared for
• A collaborative spirit and enjoyment of teamwork
• Experience with Marriott, Hilton, IHG, Wyndham, or Hyatt processes and standards is advantageous
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
