About the role

The Wellness Coordinator’s primary responsibility is to gain memberships and meet sales goals while providing excellent service to members and patients. You will greet patients, manage clinic flow, handle transactions, and educate patients on wellness offerings.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and patients upon arrival and check them in to see the Chiropractor
• Answer phone calls and manage patient accounts using point-of-sale software
• Re-engage inactive members and stay updated on membership options, packages, and promotions
• Confidently present and sell memberships and visit packages
• Support team goals and maintain positive relationships with team members
• Maintain clinic cleanliness and workspace organization
• Keep management informed of member concerns and follow policies and procedures
• Participate in marketing and sales opportunities to attract new patients
• Educate patients on wellness offerings and share personal chiropractic experiences

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
• At least one year of previous sales experience
• Strong phone and computer skills
• Ability to prioritize and perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Strong customer service orientation and effective communication skills
• Willingness to learn, grow, and accept constructive criticism
• Able to stand and/or sit for long periods of time
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds

Office management or marketing experience is a plus.
