Coordinator - Standard Jobs

Responsibilities

• Analyze available data to create standard jobs and repair options.
• Identify standard job problems and causes.
• Determine corrective actions and provide recommendations to improve performance and efficiency.
• Conduct audits to ensure proper repair scope and product offerings.
• Interact with sales and product support personnel to promote high confidence, comfort, and utilization of standard jobs and repair options.
• Discuss with product support sales reps, machine sales reps, technicians, and service management to identify their needs, promote utilization of standard jobs, repair options, and additional ways that this position can offer support.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2 or more years of experience in data analytics
• 3 or more years of experience with heavy equipment or related field (diesel engines, agriculture equipment, etc.)
• Prioritize and organize tasks effectively
• Excellent mechanical aptitude
• Strong multitasking abilities, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
• Professional demeanor with both internal and external contacts
• Proficient computer and data entry skills with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Ability to learn Blue Bird/MacAllister/Michigan Cat systems
• Build and maintain effective customer and professional relationships through strong interpersonal skills
• Work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills, including verbal, written, and listening skills
