The Front Desk Coordinator Bilingual (Spanish) is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all guests, ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Welcoming guests and assisting them with check-in and check-out procedures
- Managing guest reservations and making adjustments as needed
- Handling guest inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
- Ensuring cleanliness and maintenance of the front desk area
- Processing payments and handling cash transactions
- Updating guest records and maintaining accurate information
Requirements
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of customer service experience
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Basic computer skills including data entry and use of point-of-sale systems
