About the role

The Front Desk Coordinator Bilingual (Spanish) is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all guests, ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Welcoming guests and assisting them with check-in and check-out procedures
  • Managing guest reservations and making adjustments as needed
  • Handling guest inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
  • Ensuring cleanliness and maintenance of the front desk area
  • Processing payments and handling cash transactions
  • Updating guest records and maintaining accurate information

Requirements

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Basic computer skills including data entry and use of point-of-sale systems
