The Lash Lounge is a world-class destination for semi-permanent eyelash extensions, offering services such as eyelash extensions, refills, threading, and more. When women visit The Lash Lounge, they enter a retreat designed to rejuvenate from the inside out, so they can step out and face the world with confidence.
About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Front Desk Concierge for our salon. Your focus will be on providing an excellent customer experience, selling memberships (which save our guests money), and cultivating a positive work environment. You will be highly focused on membership sales, retail sales, and booking clients.
Responsibilities
- Increase membership sales and retail sales
- Greet visitors and provide an excellent customer experience
- Book appointments in person or by phone
- Contribute to group operations, such as inventory maintenance
- Maintain a clean and inviting environment
Requirements
- 1+ years of customer service or retail sales experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work some weekends and some evenings
- Experience with MindBody Software is a plus
