About the role

The Princess Grace Hospital, London is seeking a warm, confident, and people-loving Concierge to join their Front of House Team. This role involves creating exceptional first impressions and ensuring patients, visitors, and consultants feel supported, informed, and cared for.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet all patients, visitors, and consultants with warmth and professionalism
• Carry out patient admissions/discharges
• Help guide people to the right areas of the hospital
• Handle incoming telephone calls with confidence and care
• Provide reception cover when needed, supporting the wider team

Requirements

Previous Concierge experience, preferably within a 5-star or high-end service environment. Excellent communication skills, strong IT skills, and confidence using IT systems are essential.
