About the role

Responsible for providing exceptional customer service to residents and their families. Conducts daily housekeeping tasks, assists with resident activities, and maintains a clean and safe living environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning and maintenance tasks in assigned areas.
• Assist residents with daily living activities as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of living spaces.
• Participate in scheduled resident activities and events.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in customer service or related field preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
