About the role
Responsible for providing exceptional customer service to residents and their families. Conducts daily housekeeping tasks, assists with resident activities, and maintains a clean and safe living environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform daily cleaning and maintenance tasks in assigned areas.
- Assist residents with daily living activities as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of living spaces.
- Participate in scheduled resident activities and events.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in customer service or related field preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
