Front Desk/Concierge
About the Role
Ensure all guest requests are met in a timely and sufficient manner; serve as the information agent for area activities and events. A concierge must apply patience, tact, and resourcefulness in meeting the many and varied demands of our guests.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests sincerely and make their stay as enjoyable as possible.
- Effectively and seriously deal with guest complaints.
- Serve as an information agent for hotel guests and handle their needs in a timely and efficient manner.
- Demonstrate knowledge of Park City and the surrounding area, including points of interest.
- Make and confirm dining reservations for all hotel guests.
- Maintain communication with all hotel departments.
- Demonstrate a friendly, professional attitude with all guests as well as fellow employees.
- Acknowledge owners and previous guests as appropriately as possible.
