Front Desk Attendant - Casper Recreation Center

City of Casper · Greater Casper Area · Today
Internship
We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings

for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections if posting has real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate. Must preserve all substantive info. We need to parse the posting. Key content: - Assigned to: Casper Recreation Center Part-Time - Open Until Filled (metadata maybe minor) - Join the team ... (intro) - What You’ll Do (list of duties) - Why Join Our Team (benefits? maybe not benefits but reasons) - What We’re Looking For (requirements/qualifications) - Schedule and Hours (schedule) - Reporting Structure (maybe not needed) - Typical Class Essential Duties (more duties) - Knowledge Of, Ability To, Skill In (knowledge, abilities, skills) - Training, Experience & Certifications (education/experience) - Licensing And Certification Requirements (none) - Supplemental Information & Physical Requirements (physical requirements) - etc. We need to decide sections: About the role (intro), Responsibilities (duties), Requirements (maybe combine qualifications, knowledge, abilities, skills), Benefits (maybe from Why Join Our Team?), Pay (not mentioned), Schedule (Schedule and Hours). Benefits: maybe training, flexible scheduling, etc. Not explicit benefits like health insurance. Could include "Why Join Our Team" as Benefits? But guidelines: Benefits section only if posting actually states them. It mentions training, flexible scheduling, positive environment. Those could be considered benefits. We'll include Benefits section with those points. Pay: not mentioned, so omit. Schedule: we have Schedule and Hours section. We need to use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

for prose. We must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". Avoid empty. We need to preserve all substantive info; not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include details like specific tasks: greeting customers, answering questions, helping visitors navigate facility and its programs, assist with admissions, activity registrations, cashiering duties, learning proper cash handling procedures and front desk operations, assist multiple customers, respond to questions/concerns, manage variety of tasks, maintain clean professional front desk area, follow safety procedures, ensure guests have safe enjoyable experience, etc. Also from Typical Class Essential Duties: attend front desk, provide general info in person/online/telephone about services, processing registrations, issuing memberships/passes, taking fees and cashiering, food and retail sales, similar duties; general oversight of participants for safety and compliance; opens and close facilities as assigned and conduct walkthroughs for participant counts; assists with basic receptionist and clerical work including recordkeeping; prepares and serves food such as popcorn, hotdogs, pretzels, fountain sodas using standard formulas or following directions; stocks supplies such as food or retail sales inventory safely; maintains clean and orderly cashier station and performs routine cleaning tasks; represents City of Casper responding to public, citizens, employees, others promptly, professionally, courteously while maintaining positive customer service demeanor; performs other duties similar nature or level. Knowledge Of: Receptionist and customer service principles; Cashiering and mathematical calculations; Record keeping. Ability To: Work variety of shifts including weekends and holidays; Learn cashiering methods and procedures; Learn cash register operation; Routinely demonstrate City of Casper core values; Follow all City safety rules and procedures and report accidents/incidents immediately to supervisor; Facilitate visitor and customer traffic to appropriate destination; Encourage safety protocols to all visitors and customers; Respond to inquiries, complaints, and requests; Maintain attention to detail in work situation with frequent interruptions; Handle multiple customers at same time; Learn general layout of facility to provide assistance; Organize and/or prioritize to be efficient and effective with multiple tasks; Operate modern office equipment, software, and operating systems/applications; Maintain neat and professional appearance; Communicate effectively; Follow written and verbal instructions and direction; Establish and maintain effective working relationships with those contacted in course of work. Skill In: Cashiering and mathematical calculations; Record keeping; Conflict resolution; Operation of modern office equipment, software, and operating systems/applications; Operating in courteous, knowledgeable and tactful manner with customers, staff and general public; Oral communication sufficient to exchange or convey information and to receive work direction. Training, Experience & Certifications: High school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.) preferred; First Aid/CPR preferred; Six months experience in a public setting providing customer service preferred; Must be at least 16 years of age, preferably 18 years of age or older. Licensing And Certification Requirements: None. Supplemental Information & Physical Requirements: includes many details about physical requirements, drug testing, etc. We need to preserve substantive info but maybe we can put under a section like "Physical Requirements" or "Additional Information". However guidelines only list specific headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. They didn't mention "Physical Requirements" as a standard heading, but we could include if content exists? The instruction: "Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It says e.g., implying those are examples, but we should prefer those headings. It also says "include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text". So we could add a section like "Physical Requirements" if we want, but not in the list of examples. Safer to stick to the given headings. We can incorporate physical requirements into Requirements or Qualifications? Might be okay to put under Requirements as part of job requirements. But we need to preserve all substantive info; we can include them as list items under Requirements. Similarly, Supplemental Information & Physical Requirements includes drug testing, background check, etc. Those are also requirements. We'll include them under Requirements. We need to avoid repeating job title as heading. The title is "Part Time Front Desk Attendant". We'll not use that as heading. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. Let's structure:
