About the Role
ProSmile is in search of an energetic, motivated, and organized Dental Receptionist with a positive attitude who is looking for growth and development in their field, and the opportunity to ascend in a growing organization that prioritizes patient care and employee satisfaction. Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for patients, ensuring a friendly and attentive experience.
- Coordinate front desk activities, including patient flow and financial tasks such as scheduling, handling patient paperwork, collecting payments, and managing insurance cards.
- Maintain the reception area, manage office supplies, patient literature, and related items.
- Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED preferred.
- Professional and compassionate demeanor.
- Willingness to go above and beyond to ensure patient satisfaction.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks.
- Computer proficiency and experience with multi-line phone systems.

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt. Reports to: Office Manager.
