Responsible for providing exceptional customer service at the front desk. Managing guest check-in/check-out processes, handling reservations, and ensuring a welcoming environment.
Responsibilities
- Welcoming guests and assisting with their needs
- Managing reservations and room assignments
- Handling guest inquiries and complaints
- Ensuring cleanliness and maintenance of the facility
- Performing cash transactions and maintaining accurate records
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
