The Front Desk Associate / Reservations Agent position at Aperture Hotels involves providing exceptional Guest Relations, managing reservations, assisting with check-ins/check-outs, and ensuring a comfortable stay for guests. The role also includes occasional cleaning and support to other departments.

Requirements

  • Flexibility to work in shifts and report for scheduled shifts
  • Ability to work with little or no supervision while meeting high-performance standards
  • Excellent organization skills
  • Ability to follow instructions
  • High School Diploma or GED

Qualifications

  • Preferred: AA or Bachelor's Degree, Work experience in Customer Service in the Hospitality Field, Experience with hotel operation systems
