About the role
The Front Desk Associate / Reservations Agent position at Aperture Hotels involves providing exceptional Guest Relations, managing reservations, assisting with check-ins/check-outs, and ensuring a comfortable stay for guests. The role also includes occasional cleaning and support to other departments.

Requirements
- Flexibility to work in shifts and report for scheduled shifts
- Ability to work with little or no supervision while meeting high-performance standards
- Excellent organization skills
- Ability to follow instructions
- High School Diploma or GED
Qualifications
- Preferred: AA or Bachelor's Degree, Work experience in Customer Service in the Hospitality Field, Experience with hotel operation systems
