Responsibilities
- Effectively sell swim lessons to incoming customers and meet monthly goals.
- Answering phones, giving tours, scheduling and rescheduling customers.
- Learning and developing relationships with our families.
- Closing facility cleaning duties.
- Customer Service - making sure our families are happy.
Requirements
- Must be friendly, able to multitask, work with a team, work in a very fast-paced environment and love kids.
- Part-time position with a required Saturday or Sunday shift.
- We provide training, schedules that work for all ages, weekend nights off, and a chance to be a part of an amazing team!
- MUST be outgoing and have a passion to work with consumers.
Qualifications
- Hourly starting at $18 and up depending on experience plus plenty of growth opportunity with an expanding company.
- Flexible schedule.
- Weekly day range: Monday to Friday, Weekends as needed.
- Work Location: In person / Norwood, MA
