Job Duties

  • Greet visitors, residents, vendors, and employees in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls, take messages, and respond to general inquiries.
  • Perform general administrative duties, including filing, scanning, copying, and data entry.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute mail and packages.
  • Maintain an organized and welcoming reception and office area.
  • Aid with scheduling, office supplies, and other administrative support as needed.
  • Provide exceptional customer service while supporting the daily operations of the office.

Requirements

  • A high school diploma or equivalent required; customer service or front desk experience preferred.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills with a professional, friendly demeanor.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize competing responsibilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel) and willingness to learn new software.
  • Able to answer phones, greet visitors, and provide administrative support with accuracy and professionalism.
  • Dependable, punctual, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced office environment.
  • Able to sit, stand, and occasionally lift up to 20 pounds while performing daily office responsibilities.

Pay

The salary range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
