About the role

The Front Desk Associate is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing guest check-in/check-out procedures, and ensuring the cleanliness and safety of the property.

Responsibilities

  • Welcoming guests and assisting with their needs
  • Processing payments and managing room reservations
  • Maintaining guest records and updating status
  • Ensuring the cleanliness and security of the property
  • Handling emergencies and communicating with management

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Previous hotel or hospitality experience preferred

Qualifications

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Knowledge of hotel operations and policies
  • Passion for customer service
