The Front Desk Associate is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing guest check-in/check-out procedures, and ensuring the cleanliness and safety of the property.
Responsibilities
- Welcoming guests and assisting with their needs
- Processing payments and managing room reservations
- Maintaining guest records and updating status
- Ensuring the cleanliness and security of the property
- Handling emergencies and communicating with management
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience preferred
Qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
