About the role
The Front Desk Associate is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing guest check-in/check-out processes, and ensuring the cleanliness and safety of the property.
Responsibilities
- Welcoming guests and assisting with their needs
- Managing check-in and check-out procedures
- Maintaining guest records and ensuring accurate billing
- Cleaning and maintaining common areas
- Handling emergencies and guest inquiries
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety protocols
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)
