Responsibilities

• Assist clients and visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately
• Maintain client accounts by recording accurate and up-to-date information, take client payment when necessary; schedule classes and appointments
• Assist clients with retail merchandise; be knowledgeable of all retail products and information; manage retail sales
• Prepare and track donations to non‑profit organizations
• Schedule, promote and participate in special events, and keep all client communications updated and visibly posted in public areas of the lobby

Requirements

• Happy and professional disposition; hospitable and caring
• Exceptional customer service focus: deliver quality experience, can handle pressure of customer escalations
• Experience using spreadsheets and word processing software such as Microsoft Suite
• Dependable and flexible schedule: will be required to work some evenings and weekends
• Preferred qualifications: Swim lesson and/or competitive swimming experience – knowledge of the four basic strokes, teaching curriculum, and stroke progression
• CPR & First Aid Certified

Pay

$16.94 – $18.00 per hour

Schedule

Flexible schedule with some evening and weekend shifts required.
