About the Role
As a Front Desk Associate at Riverbend Community Mental Health, you will serve as the welcoming presence of our office, playing an essential role in creating a supportive environment for the individuals and families we serve. You are more than the first person clients see—you are a trusted guide who helps make access to care feel comfortable, respectful, and seamless. Your attention to detail, professionalism, and ability to connect with people will directly impact the client experience. This is a 100% on-site position located at our Franklin, NH office.
Responsibilities
- Greet clients and visitors with a smile, setting a positive and professional tone for their visit.
- Handle client check-ins/check-outs, schedule follow-up appointments, and manage the flow of the front office.
- Maintain accurate client records, verify and maintain information in the Medicaid system, and keep administrative systems running smoothly.
- Answer phones and coordinate closely with providers and clinical staff to ensure seamless care for every client.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
- Two (2) years’ experience in an office environment is preferred.
- Experience with health insurance billing procedures preferred.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills with attention to detail.
- A valid driver’s license, personal vehicle, and auto insurance with minimum coverage of 100,000/300,000 are essential.
