Front Desk Associate

What You’ll Do

• Greet and check in members, guests, and visitors.
• Handle calls, questions, and transactions with a smile.
• Keep the front desk and lobby clean and organized.
• Support club programs and member engagement.

What We're Looking For

• A friendly, enthusiastic attitude and strong communication skills.
• An organized, punctual, and multitasking nature in a fast-paced setting.
• An interest in building a career in fitness—future opportunities as a Personal Trainer, Membership Manager, and more.
• Basic computer and cash-handling skills.
• CPR/AED certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days).
