About MIRA Wellness Club MIRA Wellness Club is a members-only wellness club opening in Chennai in 2027, bringing a strength and conditioning gym, a Pilates studio, physiotherapy, sauna and cold plunge, recovery treatments, and a café into one space, under one membership. The hospitality MIRA is built on is closer to a fine hotel than a gym. This role is where members feel that first. The role You are the first name a member hears and the first face they see. Every member is greeted by name, never by a number on a screen.You run the front of house: arrivals, bookings for sessions and treatments, member requests, and the small things that make a visit feel effortless.You fix problems quietly. A missing towel is resolved in minutes with a quiet apology, never a fuss.You know the difference between attentive and intrusive. Members are recognised, not processed, and never interrupted unless they want to be.You feed what you notice back to the team, because the front desk hears everything first. Who should apply 2 or more years in premium hospitality front office: a fine hotel, a hotel spa, or a members' club. Exceptional candidates with the instincts but not the years will be considered and trained.Warm, composed, and detail-obsessed. You remember names, preferences, and small histories.Calm when three things go wrong at once.Fluent English and Tamil. Compensation Fixed salary ₹3–4.5 lakh per year, based on experience.Performance bonus Tied to member experience and retention.Benefits Health cover, club access, and hospitality training against MIRA's written service standard.
