About the role
The Front Desk Associate is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all guests, ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Welcoming guests and assisting with check-in/check-out procedures
- Managing guest reservations and accommodating last-minute requests
- Handling guest complaints and ensuring a positive guest experience
- Ensuring the cleanliness and safety of the hotel premises
- Performing other related duties as assigned
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Previous hotel experience preferred but not required
Qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
