Front Desk Associate

Description Looking for a customer service position that provides a chance to interact with guests from all over in a luxurious resort setting? Our Front Desk Associate role is the perfect opportunity for someone who enjoys making a great first impression and ensuring guests have a memorable experience. This person is responsible for providing exceptional customer service at the front desk of the resort. Job Duties Welcome guests upon arrival and check them into their rooms, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and efficiently. Answer incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner and direct them to the appropriate department or person. Assist guests with any inquiries, concerns or special requests they may have during their stay. Program room keys and create arrival packets to ensure a smooth checkin process for all guests. Make arrival packets with all the necessary information for guests. Clean the lobby area including bathrooms located in the front lobby. Provide accurate information regarding resort amenities. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Strong communication and customer service skills. The ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment.
