Responsibilities Greet and check in clients with a warm, professional demeanorSchedule and manage appointments using spa booking softwarePromote and sell spa memberships, packages, and retail productsHandle client inquiries, concerns, and follow-ups with excellent customer serviceProcess payments and maintain accurate transaction recordsCoordinate with massage therapists and estheticians to ensure smooth daily operationsMaintain a clean, organized, and inviting front desk and lobby area Requirements Previous customer service, front desk, or receptionist experience preferredStrong communication and interpersonal skillsSales-driven mindset with the ability to meet membership and retail goalsAbility to multitask in a fast-paced spa environmentProficiency with scheduling software or point-of-sale systems is a plusFlexible availability including evenings and weekendsPositive, professional attitude and a passion for wellness and hospitality About Us Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa is a nationally recognized leader in affordable, high-quality spa services with locations across the United States.
