ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greet and check in each member that enters the fitness facility
- Build rapport with members, and get to know each of them
- Answer all phone calls and member inquiries with clear information for each member
- Utilize NorthStar POS system to manage member accounts for various items such as including food, class fees, and training fees
- Aid trainers in managing their schedules and tracking member sessions
- Open and shut down fitness facility when needed by turning on and off lights, TVs, music, etc.
- Aid in keeping the fitness center stocked with various including food, drinks, towels, etc.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk and lobby area
- Attend all required meetings and training for Fitness staff
- Serve as Floor Attendant and assist with special events when needed
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
- Strong organizational and communication skills and outstanding customer service skills
- Excel at building relationships with a variety of individuals
- Have a positive attitude that contributes to a positive team culture
