Job Summary
The front desk position is very important as it is the first and last employee to engage with our customers & members every time they visit. This role is designed to provide a welcoming introduction to each person who walks into the D1 facility. As a front-desk associate you will answer customer service related questions, keep track of who is coming in and out of the facility, and assist with the operations of the business.
Qualifications
- Must be a high-energy individual
- Must have an outgoing personality that wants to be social
- Must have 3 credible references
Responsibilities
- Complete Opening Checklist when opening the facility
- Complete Closing Checklist when closing the facility
- Answer all customer support questions for current and new members
- Answer phone calls and take messages for Recruiters and Management
- Check clients into workouts and ensure attendance is 100% correct
- Ensure bathrooms are stocked with all necessary supplies
- Ensure facility cleaning supplies are stocked and ready for use
- Keep fridge and shelves fully stocked of food and drink
- Keep gear displays stocked and neat
- Keep track of all cleaning and retail inventory
- Process all ancillary purchases in MINDBODY
- Complete daily social media tasks
