About the role

The Front Desk Associate will manage the entry and exit of tenants, visitors, and staff, oversee the security system, and serve as a central point of contact for interdepartmental communication.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and monitor the circulation of tenants, visitors, and staff at the building entrance
  • Professionally answer phones and relay messages
  • Promote interdepartmental communication regarding tenant and building needs as well as other operational matters

Requirements

  • Show empathy, patience, and connect well with the population
  • Demonstrate an appreciation for the heritage, values, and wisdom of the tenants
  • Communicate effectively
  • Handle and process problems, situations, or emergencies politely, respectfully, and professionally
  • Maintain strong organization and communication skills while multitasking in a stimulating environment
  • Facilitate staff response to tenant emergency call light system
