About the Role
We're seeking a Front Desk Associate to join our team at Gold’s Gym in Willow Lawn. As a part-time team member, you'll be the first face our members see, setting the tone for their fitness experience with your warm, enthusiastic welcome. At Gold’s Gym, we're about lifting people up, and we need someone who can embody that spirit, making every member feel like fitness royalty.
Responsibilities
- Give every member and guest a warm, enthusiastic welcome
- Check members in smoothly and efficiently
- Sign in guests, provide quick tours, and share helpful information
- Assist with membership sign-ups and answer questions
- Answer the phone with charm and professionalism
- Handle retail/concession sales with a smile
- Keep the front desk area clean, organized, and welcoming
Requirements
- A+ customer service and communication skills
- Friendly, reliable, and a natural multitasker
- Ability to stay cool under pressure while maintaining a welcoming demeanor
- Willingness to undergo a background check and become CPR certified (free certification provided)
