Front Desk Agent, Part Time 2nd Shift

$16.00/hour, part-time, year-round. Ages 18+.

About the role

As a Front Desk Agent at Sawmill Creek, you will provide exceptional service to all guests. Working at Cedar Point means work is fun!

Responsibilities

• Contribute to an amazing guest experience at Sawmill Creek.
• Greet every guest with a positive attitude and smile.
• Assist guests with check-in and check-out.
• Collect payments and sell tickets to Cedar Point and various other add-ons.
• Answer guest questions in person and over the phone.
• Learn and utilize the hotel Property Management System (Opera).
• Maintain guest information, including credit card information, in a secure and confidential manner.
• Check guests into and out of the hotel, sell tickets, and address guest questions.
• Resolve guest-related concerns in a positive and professional manner.
• Maintain open communication with other shifts and the Front Office Manager.
• Provide guest service according to Six Flags standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in assigned work area and comply with Cedar Fair Safety Guidelines.
• Meet Six Flags attendance requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Charismatic attitude.
• Ability to learn and use the hotel Property Management System (Opera).
• Ability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays to meet business needs.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to pass a mandatory (or random) drug test, unless prohibited by state or provincial law.
• Ability to pass a background check, if 18 years of age or older.
