Responsibilities
- Greet visitors to property, verify and supply guided access to units
- Be the gatekeeper of the residences
- Work in customer service, interacting positively with individuals and taking initiative in providing high-level resident service and support
- Rover the building premises and handle package deliveries for residents
- Coordinate all deliveries of packages, flowers, and restaurant food
- Control and monitor security cameras
- Maintain a secure environment for residents by monitoring and controlling guest/vendor access to residential floors
- Collaborate with other building staff to ensure residents' and guests' needs are met
- Review and facilitate communication between unit owners, maintenance teams, and property management
- Maintain professional and clean areas during shifts
- Handle crisis situations in emergencies and fires
- Answer the telephone and communicate clearly and professionally
- Follow all safety and security policies, programs, and procedures
- Input and access information in the property management system/computers/point of sales system
Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent vocational training certificate
- Compute basic arithmetic
- Fluency in English both verbally and non-verbally
- Provide legible communication and directions
- Ability to perform job functions with attention to detail, speed, and accuracy
- Prioritize and organize tasks
- Be a clear thinker, remaining calm and resolving problems using good judgment
- Follow directions thoroughly
- Understand guest/member's service needs
- Work cohesively with co-workers as part of a team
- Work with minimal supervision
- Maintain confidentiality of guest/member information and pertinent resort data
- Ability to input and access information in the property management system/computers/point of sales system
Desirable
- Some college or training in Hospitality Industry
- Previous experience as Front Desk Agent
