About the role

The Resident Relations Coordinator is responsible for maintaining positive relationships between residents and the community management team. This includes addressing resident concerns, coordinating maintenance requests, and ensuring compliance with community policies.

Responsibilities

  • Addressing resident concerns and complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Coordinating maintenance requests and tracking progress
  • Ensuring all maintenance requests are completed within established timeframes
  • Communicating effectively with residents and community management team
  • Maintaining accurate records of resident interactions and maintenance requests

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field (e.g., Business Administration, Real Estate Management)
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in property management or related field
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications
