FRONT DESK AGENT

About the role

We are seeking outgoing individuals to provide excellent customer service to our hotel guests. This role involves interacting with guests in person and over the phone, handling check-ins, answering questions, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere throughout their stay.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests as they arrive and depart
• Check guests into and out of the hotel
• Assist guests with questions and requests
• Engage in friendly conversation about their stay or travel plans
• Maintain a positive and attentive demeanor with every guest

Requirements

• Ability to stand for 8-hour shifts
• Working knowledge of computers
• Ability to lift and move up to 25 lbs
• Friendly, approachable attitude with a natural inclination to smile and engage with strangers
