Responsibilities
- Enthusiastically welcome guests, anticipate their needs, assist with check-in and check-out, and respond promptly.
- Create memorable experiences with a warm, welcoming personality that relates to guests and associates.
- Take initiative to resolve guest complaints and foster guest loyalty.
- Share personal passions and knowledge of services and amenities to help guests feel at home.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure guests' needs are met.
- Enjoy multi-tasking at a fast pace with an impeccable eye for detail to maintain accuracy and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Flexibility with work days and hours, although this is a demanding business.
- Previous experience providing service and creating authentic vacation/travel experiences.
- A great communicator with strong verbal and written skills.
- A people person who loves to serve others and can multi-task efficiently.
Benefits
- $500 retention bonus for team members who remain actively employed through October 1, 2026, paid through payroll following the eligibility date.
Pay
- Seasonal positions are for Full-Time (FT) and Part-Time (PT) from May 15, 2026 - October 1, 2026.
