Front Desk Agent

About the role

The Residence Club Scottsdale is seeking a Front Desk Agent to provide exceptional service to Residence Club owners and guests. Key responsibilities include:

• Welcome and register guests
• Handle check-in/check-out procedures
• Answer and assist guest requests via phone or email
• Complete daily front desk checklist duties
• Manage guest reservations and maintain accurate records
• Support guests with concierge requests
• Tackle maintenance requests and communicate effectively
• Report and resolve guest complaints
• Cover Guest Services shifts as needed
• Maintain clubhouse cleanliness and service amenities

Requirements

• Ability to work 8-hour shifts at a stand-up desk
• Positive attitude with strong adaptability
• Knowledge of or ability to use computer equipment or software related to hospitality and business administration
• Previous residential property experience is a plus
• Previous front desk or guest services experience utilizing Opera, HOTSOS, Microsoft applications, Birchstreet is a plus
• Ability to read and speak English in a clear manner
• An additional language skill is a plus

Schedule & Hours

Full-time position; 5 x 8-hour shifts with occasional overtime based on business demands. Lunch break every 8-hour shift. Shifts start at 6:30am and 2:30pm. No overnight shifts. Occasional mid-shifts may start at 10am, 11am, or 12pm based on business demands.
