Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and authentically
- Handle check-ins, check-outs, and reservations with care and enthusiasm
- Be the primary point of contact for guests, addressing their needs and inquiries
- Navigate hotel systems efficiently, processing payments, managing room keys, and ensuring smooth operations
- Collaborate with various departments to provide seamless service
- Stay updated on hotel offerings, local attractions, and insider tips
- Maintain a polished and welcoming environment in the front desk area
- Be flexible and available to work shifts outside regular hours as needed
Requirements
- 1+ year of customer service or hospitality experience (hotel front desk a plus)
- Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with people
- Tech-savvy with basic knowledge of property management systems (training provided)
- Ability to multitask and maintain composure under pressure
- Flexible availability, including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- A polished and professional demeanor
- A strong desire to learn, grow, and contribute to the hotel's success
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license (if required for transportation)
