Responsibilities
- Greet guests courteously and efficiently
- Sell rooms and provide guest services
- Maintain customer accounts and collect revenue
- Provide accurate and updated information about the hotel and its facilities
- Promote positive public relations

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- No prior experience necessary
- Good appearance and strong written and oral communication skills
