This individual has a natural ability to brighten a room and create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Their innate compassion allows them to connect on a deeper level and cultivate unique, personalized experiences for patrons. The primary goal is to welcome guests and invite them to create their own experiences through discovery of the facility and local scene.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests upon their arrival and assign rooms
• Provide information about the hotel, available rooms, review their rate, and amenities available on property with all guests during check-in
• Inform guests about payment methods and verify their credit cards on file or collect upon arrival
• Perform all check-in and check-out tasks
• Respond to requests in a timely and professional manner

• Patient and understanding with guests' needs and requests
• Eye for detail
• Sense of urgency to fulfill requests and resolve issues
• Ability to stand for extended periods at a time
