About the role
Responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests in a hotel setting.
Responsibilities
- Welcoming guests and assisting with check-in/check-out procedures
- Managing guest reservations and ensuring accurate room assignments
- Handling guest complaints and resolving issues promptly
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of guest rooms and public areas
- Operating hotel equipment such as televisions, safes, and elevators
- Performing inventory checks and reporting discrepancies
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Previous hotel experience preferred but not required
Qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of hotel operations and policies
- Basic computer literacy
