As the first point of contact for our guests, the Front Desk Agent plays a crucial role in ensuring an outstanding customer service experience. This position requires excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask efficiently, and a warm demeanor to make guests feel welcomed and valued throughout their stay.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests with a warm and professional attitude upon arrival.
• Handle guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently and accurately.
• Manage reservations, cancellations, and modifications both over the phone and in person.
• Provide guests with information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
• Resolve guest complaints and concerns promptly to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of guest accounts and transactions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality is a plus.
• Proven experience in a customer service or front desk role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with hotel management software and basic computer applications.
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
