Responsibilities
- Work independently while providing excellent guest service.
- Follow basic account procedures to ensure the hotel’s procedures are complete and accurate.
- Ensure guest security and safety by maintaining a pleasant, safe, and secure stay for every guest.
- Answer guest questions and make recommendations about the hotel and local area.
- Complete job duties in accordance with the hotel's policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Flexible schedule available.
- Holidays and weekends availability.
- Customer Service experience preferred.
- Fast learner.
- Independent with strong team collaboration skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
