CUSA, LLC, a leading hotel management company, seeks a Guest Service Agent for the Springhill Suites Lithia Springs. The ideal candidate will join a team committed to delivering exceptional guest service, viewing associates as the company's top asset, and enhancing value for business partners and owners.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent guest service while working independently.
- Follow basic account procedures to ensure hotel's policies are completed and accurate.
- Ensure guest security and safety by maintaining a secure environment for all guests.
- Communicate with guests, making recommendations about the hotel and local area.
- Welcome guests, recognize their Marriott Bonvoy status, enroll new members, and demonstrate exceptional hospitality.
- Complete job duties in alignment with hotel's policies and procedures.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of hotel operations and procedures.
