Front Desk Administrative Assistant

About the role
We’re looking to expand our team and are seeking a Front Desk Administrative Assistant to support our Office Manager and Administrative team. This role is responsible for creating a welcoming experience for employees and visitors while ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the front office. The ideal candidate is highly organized, customer-focused, proactive, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact at the front desk for employees, visitors, and vendors.
- Open and close the office each business day.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area and meeting rooms.
- Greet visitors and complete check-in procedures in accordance with company security and export compliance policies.
- Order, receive, and maintain office supplies and track inventory levels.
- Set up and clean up conference rooms for meetings.
- Receive, sort, and distribute mail and packages, coordinating deliveries between office locations as needed.
- Assist the Office Manager with special projects, office initiatives, and employee events.
- Provide calendar support and assist with conference room scheduling as needed.
- Draft and distribute company announcements, communications, and team memos.
- Provide front desk coverage at other company locations on an occasional basis.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of administrative, receptionist, or customer service experience.
- Strong knowledge of general office procedures and administrative practices.
- Professional appearance, communication skills, and customer service mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and Microsoft Teams.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong attention to detail and effective time management skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities in a fast-paced, growing organization.
- Associate degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
- Willingness to work full-time in our Greenwood Village, CO office; this position does not support remote or hybrid work.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting a corporate office or front desk environment.
- Experience coordinating meetings, employee events, or office operations.
- Familiarity with visitor management systems or badge/check-in procedures.
Schedule
Monday – Friday from 8am – 5pm
