About the role
RK Pharma Inc, a US based company with subsidiaries in India, is seeking an administrative professional to complement our growing administrative team. As a company focused on the development, manufacturing and sale of high quality and affordable generic pharmaceutical products worldwide we are looking for an outgoing, hardworking, driven, detail-oriented individual to help us with overall administrative duties and human resources at our Pearl River, NY facility.

- Worked in positions where you could let your outgoing and friendly personality shine.
- May have worked in hospitality, a hospital or doctor’s office, or restaurant and want more stable and regular hours.
- Juggled multiple competing priorities and still maintained a smile and positive attitude.
- Loved working in environments where no day was the same and can grow and learn new things.
Main Expectations and Responsibilities
- Greeting people as they enter working at our front desk and ensuring that they sign in to the facility.
- Onboarding new hires to the site and making sure they know where to go and feel comfortable and part of the team.
- Preparing the conference rooms for meetings and audits as they occur.
- Working with Finance, Human Resources, and other departments with administrative tasks like scanning, completing documentation, and expense reports.
- Sorting and distributing mail.
Relocation and Schedule
Reliably commute to Pearl River, NY at shift times which can be variable depending on meetings and facility activities.
Qualifications
- An associate’s degree or better in business administration, or equivalent work experience.
- Bi-lingual Spanish a plus.
