Fright Fest Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Oversee maze operation, talent, and scare zone talent.
• Maintain Wage and Hour compliance.
• Support goals and ensure safety.
• Oversee Maze Performers, Maze Ushers, Area Talent, Area Escorts, and/or Stage Techs.
• Afford Department and location specific training.
• Ensure even distribution of talent for best Guest experience.
• Maintain safety and proper representation of Intellectual Properties (IP).
• Manage Guest flow and operation of the maze or scare zone location.
• Model guest service level and hold team members accountable.
• Oversee compliance with company and Wage and Hour guidelines.
• Assist Guests with concerns and resolutions.
• Work various shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Attend additional Six Flags Leadership classes and complete the SIT program.
• Be available to cross-train in other departments.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience.
• Prior performing experience is a plus.
• Valid CA driver license.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.

Qualifications

• Physical requirements: Standing, talking, climbing, walking, reaching, using fingers, grasping, speaking clearly, hearing conversations, using hearing acuity, seeing near and far, stooping, bending, working in extreme cold, heat, sun, temperature change, wetness, humidity, and working with noises over 89 decibels (with hearing protection).
• Lifts over 51 lbs. require assistance from a coworker or mechanical device.
• Overtime of adults may be required due to business needs.
