Responsibilities
- Provide proactive guest engagement
- Serve as a brand ambassador for Fright Fest
- Process transactions accurately
- Scan and redeem Fright Fest tickets
- Assist with the overall operation of the Fright Fest Haunted House lines
- Support the success of Fright Fest while maintaining operational and park objectives
Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Friendly, outgoing personality with a positive attitude and strong social skills
- Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to explain products, promotions, and attractions of offerings clearly
- Comfortable promoting and selling premium attractions, upgrades and special experiences
- Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Available to work weekends, days, nights, holidays, and peak operating days during the Fright Fest season
