Fright Fest Supervisor $19.97/hr

Responsibilities

• Overseeing Maze Performers, Maze Ushers, Area Talent, Area Escorts and/or Stage Techs
• Aid with Department and location specific training
• Ensure that talent is evenly distributed to provide the best Guest experience
• Ensure that gags and stunts are being performed safely
• Maintain Guest flow and safe operation of the maze or scare zone location
• Must possess strong leadership qualities
• Model guest service level that we expect of all employees
• Hold all Team Members accountable for not meeting expectations or policy violations
• Oversee compliance with all company and Wage and Hour Compliance guidelines
• Absorb Guests with Guest concerns and resolution
• Available to work various shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays
• Required to attend additional Six Flags Leadership classes and complete the SIT program prior to the start of Fright Fest
• Will be required to cross-train in other departments to round out supervisory training

Qualifications

• Reports to: Entertainment Sr. Supervisors / Entertainment/Wardrobe Management
• 18+ and have a high school diploma or equivalent
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience
• Prior performing experience is a plus
• Possess a valid CA driver license
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Must have a basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
